Our philosophy:
Our company, Life Prevent, distributes well-balanced, dosaged and complex micro nutrient combinations as foodstuffs for specific medical purposes (supplemental balanced diets) or as the case may be, as dietary supplements.

The micro nutrient combinations are comprised of, among other things, vitamins, minerals, trace elements and phytochemicals (secondary plant compounds). They are tailored to various medical indications and life circumstances.

Supplementary balanced diets are really specified dietary supplements, which are used for specific medical indications as a defence against the illnesses that may follow.

Even in our modern civilisation there are numerous groups of people within the population who do not get an adequate supply of micro nutrients. Every person who eats a one-sided diet or fast food belongs to one of these groups; older people, independent of whether they live in residences or at home; every person on a diet which has an energy value of less than 1,800 calories; and people who have a BMX (body mass index) of less than 18.5. Furthermore, athletes, chronic drug users, those who, to a greater or lesser degree, must stay in clinics over longer periods of time, those suffering chronic-inflammatory conditions, vegans, and pregnant women fall into these groups. Those micro nutrients not adequately supplied are in most cases Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iodine, iron, folic acid, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Subject to illness patterns, special micro nutrients are required in increasing amounts for regeneration and overcoming illnesses. This is often due to decreasing organ function (i.e. digestive tract) within specific illnesses.

The products of Life Prevent cannot be compared with conventional dietary supplements. The special selection and combination of these compounds is arrived at through essential dietary medicinal consideration. The know-how of competent micro nutrient experts as well as nutritionists is integrated into the development of our products. It is about high quality products which are free from damaging preservatives and dyes and which are especially compatible. Great care was taken in the selection of ingredients and that no additives that could cause allergic reactions are used.

Do we actually require supplements in our diet?

There are well-defined supporting documents which underline the fact that an inadequate intake of micro nutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements) as well as some bioactive ingredients from plants (carotenoids such as beta-carotene, lutein, flavinoids, etc.) has an adverse affect on one’s state of health.

Micro nutrients are responsible for:
  • an efficient functioning of the immune system
  • controlling the growth and the development of cells and tissue
  • guarding against antioxidants
  • functioning of the metabolism
  • hormone functions
  • reproduction
  • proper development of the unborn child

Particularly, in special situations, specific supplements to the diet are essential since:
  • the need for nutrients from some vital substances increases;
  • some illnesses occur specifically with nutritional deficiencies or have a deteriorating effect on the overall disease picture;
  • the prevention (secondary and tertiary) of recurring illnesses can be supported by specific dietary supplements.
